$500,000 for new community space at Cardiff

I was pleased to catch up with Minister for Infrastructure and Cities Rob Stokes, along with Lake Macquarie City Council's CEO Morven Cameron and staff at Cardiff this morning, to inspect the site for Veronica Place.
Work will soon begin to transform a section of Veronica Street from a local road into a shared space, with the Lake Macquarie City Council project being funded by a $496,470 NSW Government grant.
Once complete Veronica Place will have a food truck area, movable café seating, trees and a small stage among other things.
