$231,000 for lighting at Walters Park

Great to share some good news with Lake Macquarie Rugby Club president Ron Robson today.
We’ve been able to secure $231,000 in State funding to install new lighting at Walters Park, the home of the Roos at Speers Point.
The club has 10 junior teams which spent most of this season training in the dark, so the club is pretty excited about the successful application.
My congrats to Ron and everyone at the club, and my thanks to Scot MacDonald who helped me get this funding over the line.
