Ausgrid Helicopter Patrols
Aerial helicopter patrols will be conducted by Ausgrid this week as planned maintenance across the local electricity network from Tuesday 3 September to Friday, 6 September.
Patrols will be during daylight hours (weather permitting) at low altitude which may startle pets and livestock. Residents may want to secure cattle and livestock during these patrols.
Suburbs in Lake Macquarie included in the aerial surveys are:
Awaba, Killingworth, Mandalong, Morisset, Myuna Bay, Rathmines, Toronto, Wakefield, Wyee and Wyee Point.
