Community Hair Project

I've had a marvellous time joining with our amazing Lake Macquarie heroes from Southlake's Incorporated, along with Orange Sky Australia, Plates4Mates.Inc, Voice 4 U, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Minister for Women Jodie Harrison MP at Prince Alfred Park in Surry Hills. To see these charities come together to feed, provide free haircuts via Community Hair Project, supply toiletries, groceries and bedding as well as laundry services to the homeless and those most in need was heartening.

It's shame that we need these events to take place, but I'm so pleased that we have so many dedicated volunteers to help.
