World Pharmacists Day

Today is World Pharmacists Day.

Each and every day, our local pharmacists take care of our Lake Macquarie community, providing professional health advice and support when we need it.

Pharmacists are an important part of our health system, often being the first people we turn to for health advice. Like many young parents, Lyn and I relied on the invaluable support of our local pharmacists in those worrying times our little ones were sick.

Today I was invited to share morning tea with Sam and his team Simply Pharmacy Toronto.
