The week in Parliament House

Parliament can test the most patient of adults, but the young students from Arcadia Vale Public School and Heritage College Lake Macquarie were wonderful. Their engagement was top notch and I very much enjoyed spending time with them.
We also had some cute puppies visit and that provided an opportunity to dispell any rumours of a rift between the Speaker and the President 
.
In all seriousness, Ben Franklin and I are very pleased to be able to support RSPCA in their work for animal welfare.
