ANZAC DAY 2023

Here's a full list of Anzac Day services happening in the Lake Macquarie electorate on Tuesday. Be sure to get along to at least one of them.

LEST WE FORGET

BOOLAROO-SPEERS POINT

5.30am - Form up near the boat ramp for short march along the bike path to rotunda.

5.45am - Dawn service at the rotunda in Speers Point Park.

CARDIFF

4.45am – March from corner of Main Rd and Macquarie Rd to the cenotaph at Cardiff RSL Club.

4.50am – Dawn service at the cenotaph.

6am - Club opens for breakfast

7am - Two-up

MORISSET / DORA CREEK

6am - Dawn service at Neville Thompson Oval, Dora Creek (followed by breakfast in Dora Creek Workers Club).

9.30am - March commencing. Starts Gardiner St, proceeds along Gradwells Rd, Coorumbung Rd, Minnie St and onto Neville Thompson Oval.

10am - Main service, Neville Thompson Oval.

RATHMINES / CLUB CATALINA

12.55pm – Short march to the memorial near Club Catalina (Guests to arrive by 12.30pm)

1pm – Main service at the memorial.

TERALBA

7.30am - Form up for march to cenotaph in Anzac Park.

8am – Service at cenotaph in Anzac Park.

TORONTO

6am - Dawn service in Goffett Park at Toronto.

10.50am - March from outside Toronto Diggers Club proceeding down The Boulevarde, turn right into Victory Parade and proceed to Goffett Park, Toronto.

11am - Main Service at Goffett Park.

WANGI WANGI

5.30am - Dawn service at the War Memorial outside Wangi RSL Club.

9.45am - Parade of military vehicles starts at Puna Road followed by the march which will leave from Kent Place at approximately 10am.

10.30am - Main service will follow the march at the RSL club memorial.

All day - Historic vehicle display on the foreshore in front of the RSL.
