¿ COVID UPDATE - 11.15am, MONDAY FEBRUARY 28
¿ Covid patients currently in Hunter Health district hospitals: 24 (up 3 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients in Hunter ICU: 4 (up 1 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients currently in NSW hospitals: 1136 (down 10 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients in NSW ICU: 53 (down 3 on the previous day, 16 on ventilation)
¿ New cases in Hunter-New England Health district in past 24 hours: 728 (down 69 on previous day's figure, 184 PCR + 544 RAT).
¿ New cases statewide since yesterday: 5856 (down 158 on the previous day, 1794 PCR + 4062 RAT)
¿ New cases in Lake Macquarie over the past four weeks: 2895 (Down 60 on previous day).
¿ Lives lost in NSW over the past 24 hours: 6 (down 1 on the previous day). This brings the total number of lives lost to Covid in NSW to 1903 (in Australia 5168).
¿ Lives lost in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours: 0

- 95.8% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 94.3% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 54.1% of people have had three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine*
- 83.6% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 79.1% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 47.4% of people aged 5-11 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
