¿ COVID UPDATE - 11.50am, WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 23
¿ Covid patients currently in Hunter Health district hospitals: 32 (down 3 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients in Hunter ICU: 1 (down 1 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients currently in NSW hospitals: 1246 (down 47 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients in NSW ICU: 69 (down 2 on the previous day, 29 on ventilation)
¿ New cases in Hunter-New England Health district in past 24 hours: 1242 (up 41 on previous day's figure, 448 PCR + 835 RAT).
¿ New cases statewide since yesterday: 8931(up 179 on the previous day, 3270 PCR + 5661 RAT)
¿ New cases in Lake Macquarie over the past four weeks: 3251 (Down 441 on previous day's figure).
¿ Lives lost in NSW over the past 24 hours: 6 (down 8 on the previous day). This brings the total number of lives lost to Covid in NSW to 1861 (in Australia 5025).

¿ STATEWIDE VACCINATION RATES
- 95.7% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 94.3% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 52.2% of people have had three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 83.6% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 79% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 46.9% of people aged 5-11 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
