¿ COVID UPDATE - Noon, SUNDAY FEBRUARY 20
¿ Covid patients currently in Hunter Health district hospitals: 33 (up 5 on the previous day)
¿ Covid patients in Hunter ICU: 3 (up 1 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients currently in NSW hospitals: 1280 (down 17 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients in NSW ICU: 77 (down 4 on the previous day, 35 on ventilation)
¿ New cases in Hunter-New England Health district in past 24 hours: 885 (down 237 on previous day's figure - 249 PCR + 636 RAT).
¿ New cases statewide since yesterday: 5582 (down 2033 on the previous day, PCR 1716 + 3866 RAT)
¿ New cases in Lake Macquarie over the past four weeks: 3809 (down 146 on previous day's figure)
¿ Lives lost in NSW over the past 24 hours: 21 (9 more than the previous day). This brings the total number of lives lost to Covid in NSW to 1834 (in Australia 4912).
¿ Lives lost in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours: 1 (a man in his 80s from Tamworth Regional LGA. My sincere condolences go out to his family and friends.)
