COVID UPDATE - Noon, SUNDAY FEBRUARY 20
Covid patients currently in Hunter Health district hospitals: 33 (up 5 on the previous day)
Covid patients in Hunter ICU: 3 (up 1 since yesterday)
Covid patients currently in NSW hospitals: 1280 (down 17 since yesterday)
Covid patients in NSW ICU: 77 (down 4 on the previous day, 35 on ventilation)
New cases in Hunter-New England Health district in past 24 hours: 885 (down 237 on previous day's figure - 249 PCR + 636 RAT).
New cases statewide since yesterday: 5582 (down 2033 on the previous day, PCR 1716 + 3866 RAT)
New cases in Lake Macquarie over the past four weeks: 3809 (down 146 on previous day's figure)
Lives lost in NSW over the past 24 hours: 21 (9 more than the previous day). This brings the total number of lives lost to Covid in NSW to 1834 (in Australia 4912).
Lives lost in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours: 1 (a man in his 80s from Tamworth Regional LGA. My sincere condolences go out to his family and friends.)

- 83.6% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 79% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 46.5% of people aged 5-11 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
