¿ New cases in Hunter Health district since yesterday: 1365 (PCR only, down 410 on yesterday's figure)
¿ Total number of cases in the Hunter over the past four weeks: 43,684 (PCR only, up 1069 on the previous day)
¿ Total number of cases in Lake Macquarie over the past four weeks: 10,091 (PCR only, up 98 on previous day)
¿ Total number of PCR tests in the Hunter over the past four weeks: 230,627 (down 5303 on previous day's figure)
¿ Total number of PCR tests in Lake Macquarie over the past four weeks: 56,649 (down 2592 on previous day's figure)
¿ New cases statewide since yesterday: 29,504 (PCR + RAT)
¿ Lives lost statewide in past 24 hours: 17 (3 fewer than yesterday)
¿ Lives lost in Hunter Health district in past 24 hours: 1 (a woman in her 90s from the Newcastle area. My condolences to her family and friends.)
¿ STATEWIDE VACCINATION RATES
- 95.2% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 93.8% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 26.1% of people have had three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 82.1% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 78.3% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 13.1% of people aged 5-11 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
