579 new cases have been recorded in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours, including 200 in Lake Macquarie. Hunter Region: 513 new cases. Statewide: 6324 new cases, and three more deaths.

¿ 579 new cases have been recorded in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours, including 200 in Lake Macquarie.
¿ Hunter Region: 513 new cases.
¿ Statewide: 6324 new cases, and three more deaths.
¿ There are now 7140 active cases in the Hunter health district.
¿ We now have 21 people being treated for Covid in local hospitals, with 2 in ICU.
¿ Of the new cases in the health district:
- 200 are from Lake Macquarie LGA
- 123 are from Newcastle LGA
- 57 are from Cessnock LGA
- 55 are from Maitland LGA
- 27 are from Port Stephens LGA
- 21 are from Upper Hunter LGA
- 20 are from Muswellbrook LGA
- 16 are from Tamworth Regional LGA
- 15 are from Moree Plains LGA
- 12 are from Singleton LGA
- 8 are from Armidale LGA
- 8 are from Narrabri LGA
- 7 are from Mid Coast LGA
- 2 are from Gunnedah LGA
- 2 are from Gwydir LGA
- 2 are from Walcha LGA
- 1 is from Dungog LGA
- 1 are from Inverell LGA
- 1 is from Liverpool Plains LGA

- 95% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 93.5% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 81.6% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 78.3% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 97,241 tests
- 6,324 total new cases
- 521 people in hospital
- 55 people in ICU
- 3 deaths
