Emergency road closures for Santa

EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURESThere will be extended road closures in the local area tonight to allow for Santa’s anticipated sleigh landings.I’ve been advised that this year’s visit may be earlier than usual because of adverse weather conditions in the North Pole and Lake Macquarie, as well as the ongoing Covid situation.The landings will effect traffic at Morisset, Cooranbong, Wangi, Toronto, Cardiff, Fennell Bay and Teralba to allow for deliveries in those and surrounding areas. The exact times are not known but I believe they will occur some time between midnight and 4am.The best advice I can provide is to stay safe at home in bed at those times and enjoy your Christmas Eve.
