Lake Macquarie: 4 new cases. Lower Hunter: 5 new cases Hunter health district: 10 new cases. Statewide: 251 new cases. Of the new local cases, four are in Lake Macquarie

¿ Lake Macquarie: 4 new cases
¿ Lower Hunter: 5 new cases
¿ Hunter health district: 10 new cases.
¿ Statewide: 251 new cases.
¿ OF THE NEW LOCAL CASES:
¿4 are from Lake Macquarie LGA
- 3 from Gateshead
- 1 from Macquarie Hills
¿1 is from Newcastle LGA
- 1 from Adamstown Heights
¿3 are from Mid Coast LGA
- 1 from Harrington
- 1 from Green Point
- 1 from Taree
¿2 are from Moree Plains LGA
- 1 from Moree
- 1 from Mungindi
- 4 of the total active cases are currently being cared for in hospital. 1 is currently in ICU.
- 8 cases are linked. 1 case is unlinked and 1 is under investigation.
- 4 were infectious in the community and 5 were isolating while infectious. 1 is under investigation.
¿ STATEWIDE
- 94.6% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 92.5% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 81.3% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 76.7% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 85,403 tests
- 251 total new cases
- 154 people in hospital
- 25 people in ICU
- 0 deaths
