Hazard reduction burn at Bolton Point tomorrow

There will be a small hazard reduction burn at Bolton Point tomorrow (Thursday May 20) so don't be too alarmed if you see a lot of smoke in that area. Fire and Rescue NSW has advised the burn will focus on two hectares of bushland which adjoins The Ridgeway, Bay Road and Bulkirra Place at Bolton Point. Immediate neighbours are advised to keep doors and windows closed and maybe cover any outdoor furniture to prevent ember damage. A good idea to avoid hanging clothes on the line too!
