Have you recently returned to Lake Macquarie from Victoria? NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard will shortly issue a directive which will require anyone who has recently entered NSW from Victoria to stay at home. This follows today's announcement by the Victorian Government of a five-day lockdown starting tonight. The new order will require that anyone in NSW who has been in Victoria at any time on or after Friday January 29 remains at their home for the five-day period announced by the Victorian Government. They should monitor for Covid symptoms and get tested immediately if any appear.
