Backing our nurses and teachers

Back in Parliament today but joined our nurses, teachers and other frontline workers this morning in their rally against the planned wage freeze.
I've already stated my opposition to the freeze which, I believe, will only deliver a short-term gain for the Government's bottom line, but actually have a contractionary effect on the State's economy.
Our nurses, midwives, teachers and other frontline workers deserve better.
