There were 8 new cases in NSW in the 24 hours to 8pm, and 3 among the returned overseas travellers. All of the new cases are linked to the clusters in Sydney. Locally,

?? There were 8 new cases in NSW in the 24 hours to 8pm, and 3 among the returned overseas travellers. All of the new cases are linked to the clusters in Sydney.
?? Locally, the Hunter-New England region has now gone 149 days without a locally-acquired case.

?? Australia's death toll remains at 909 with 56 in NSW and 820 in Victoria.
?? NSW now has 188 active cases (as at 8pm). Victoria has 32, there are 13 in QLD, 19 in WA, 10 in SA, 1 in TAS and 10 in the NT. The ACT has zero. (All States except NSW include overseas traveller cases in their 'active case' numbers. In NSW, the traveller cases are included in the 'being treated' figure in the graphic below.)
